How can judge them to be top ten?I mean these are good plug ins for sure but there are few many as well.I believe out of these only Seasonmanager and colorzilla makes the cut.

Can't say that I'm familiar with any of those shows outside of Naruto. I've heard about a couple through word of mouth (MAR, which I refuse to watch and Samurai Jack, which I'm trying to get my hands on) and everything else I just blew off. (Even then, I didn't have access to Jetstream)

Anyway, I'm going to assume those are their personal favorites. I don't particularly care for Naruto's ninja handbook or a few others that're listed. (Jiraya: Naruto's Potential Disaster)

I'm sorry but I actually had to go check your other posts to see if this was actually spam or not.

This list has absolutely nothing to do with program applications. It was about animated television programming that streamed online on Cartoon Network/Toonami's Jetstream website.

Honestly, I don't know. I don't think anyone from Williams St. has ever come forward with information regarding the "event" and I doubt they ever will. I lean towards the episodes that got the most unique "clicks" when they put up on Jetstream. I remember back when Jetstream was still running if you went with the default new(est) episodes page I believe it was the most watched episodes that appeared on the top. The only time anything on Jetstream was listed alphabetically was when you went to the shows page.
