This episode had elements related to the Williams Street comedy of Superjail, yes, the contest fits perfectly with this episode tonight.

RE: Toonami Talkback: Deadman Wonderland - "Antidote - Candy"
I find it both frustrating and peculiar that Shiro's existence is completely unexplained, as well as given a pass by just about everyone there. I'm sure the little girl is going to end up teaching Ganta about life a whole lot more than his cruddy field trips would have... but unless he endeavors to get some answers, that plot hole is just going to get wider and wider.
Good to know that Ganta has decided to grow a pair, though. |

They DO explain it later on. Don't worry. |

This show has such satisfying dialogue. I need it uncensored, right NOW!
As for the episode itself, there isn't much for me to say, except that I'm still freakin' impressed. I can't wait to see where things are headed for Ganta. Overall, "4 Stars" out of 5. I'm sticking to the possibility that she's a vampire that pops in and out whenever she wants. ![]() (06-03-2012 05:49 PM)Aaron H.
