In Italy, anime distributor Dynit has scheduled the release of 'Black Rock Shooter,' an eight-episode series where an alternate dimension is the grisly battleground of the troubled and immature psyches of middle school girls. Mato is trying to become friends with reclusive Yomi, but Yomi's childhood friend Yu is disturbingly possessive. These emotions spill over into fantastical and violent, "other world" encounters. 'Black Rock Shooter' releases October 2012 with a figure import.
