It isn't every decade that video gamers get the chance to see their favorite action and adventure heroes take to the fully animated form. The Legend of Zelda (1989) was inspired by the game franchise's original ventures throughout the land of Hyrule, and chronicles the journeys that young Link undertakes while putting a stop to the evil one called Ganon, whom for the life of him, has been trying to secure the power of the Triforce for himself without success.
