Ben 10: Alien Force has been on home video before, but now enters the market in "season" sets. Madman Entertainment has scheduled four of ten two-disc DVD Sets of the Cartoon Network series to debut in early June. Ben Tennyson has long since tried to get back to being a normal kid, but as viewers are plenty familiar, once a hero -- always a hero. In Ben 10: Alien Force, the teenager dons the omnitrix in a moment of desperation, but quickly finds it'll take a whole lot more than some aged alien tech and some wishful thinking to come out on top this time around

Ben is aided, as always, by his down-to-earth cousin, Gwen, and their mutual friend Kevin, who by now has bulked up and gained some common sense.
As Ben 10: Alien Force opens, Earth is in peril once again, as a new breed of invaders scheme to undo the peace Ben had fought so hard for, so long ago. The animated series' DVD Season Sets #1 and #2 (13 eps. ea.) and Sets #3 and #4 (10 eps. ea.) retail in the first week of June (1st; AUD $19.95 ea.). Madman Entertainment has yet to schedule the remainder of these two-disc season sets.
The Cartoon Network program premiered in the U.S. in early 2008, and has since served as the cable channel's most reliable boy's adventure tentpole.
Countless home video releases, character licensing and merchandizing opportunities [past A.I. news: "CN Asia-Pacific Unveils GWEN Collection (06/2010)], and live theatrical events [recent A.I. news: "B10:AU Live Tour in Australia (04/2011)], have earned the attention of customers in Australia, in addition to Cartoon Network's home territory. But until the rest of Ben 10: Alien Force finishes arriving in Set form, there's certainly plenty to occupy the time of local fans.
