New CG Film Trailer

Scheduled for a theatrical release in Summer 2008, the DreamWorks Animation SKG feature film Kung Fu Panda is the animation group's latest CG installment. The most recent production, out of many, that feature a horde of fierce or otherwise uncommon animal creatures in peculiar if not downright odd circumstances, Kung Fu Panda follows a Panda Bear named Po, voiced by Jack Black, and his interest/obsession with martial arts. Po isn't exactly the most apt practitioner of the arts, seeing as he's merely working at his family's noodle shop; but when the Panda finds out that he's destined to fulfill a prophecy of protection and much more, he must team up with a legendary group of martial artists and defend all that is good.

Unexpectedly chosen to fulfill an ancient prophecy, Po's dreams become reality when he joins the world of Kung Fu and studies alongside his idols, the legendary Furious Five--Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey--under the leadership of their guru, Master Shifu. But before they know it, the vengeful and treacherous snow leopard Tai Lung is headed their way, and it's up to Po to defend everyone from the oncoming threat. Can he turn his dreams of becoming a Kung Fu master into reality? Po puts his heart -- and his girth -- into the task, and the unlikely hero ultimately finds that his greatest weaknesses turn out to be his greatest strengths.
